Do you ship for free all over the world, even to Christmas Island?

Yes, we do, if you purchase a watch free shipping with UPS is included. If you only purchase a watch band shipping fee may be applied.

How long will delivery take?

2-7 days with UPS, wordwide.

My watch is broken, what do I do?

If you want us to fix your problems and make you happy, send an email to support@nickcabana.com and explain what´s up with your watch. We´ll will analyze if the problem is covered by the 2 year warranty or not.

How do I adjust the size of my mesh strap?

All our watches has adjustable straps. Check out how to change the size here!

I regret my purchase. How to I return my order?
