DELIVERY AND CANCELLATIONS
Nick Cabana ships free of charge worldwide. Deliveries are made in cooperation with the postal services and DHL. Nick Cabana is liable if the goods are damaged or lost in transit. If not satisfied with product upon arrival please read the return policy below. Cancellation of order after its dispatch is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order and responsible for costs relating to shipment back to Nick Cabana AB. Further information can be found in our return policy. If the product you have ordered is out of stock or discontinued Nick Cabana reserves the right to cancel the purchase and refund the customer in full within two weeks.
When your order is received we will send a confirmation to the e-mail used as reference of purchase. This confirmation is your receipt. We recommend saving this e-mail. It is important for future contact with our customer service if such is ever needed. This confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
Private consumers have the right to return products free of charge within 30 days from receiving the order, provided that the product and its packaging is undamaged and unused. Hence, this right is only applicable as long as the product is examined but not used. If this right is to be used the consumer must fill the return-form and send the watch to following address:

Return shipping is payed by the consumer. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.
The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchasers credit card. If the purchase was made with Klarna Invoice the bill will be automatically canceled.
Note that additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability. For damaged or faulty products that are covered by Warranty, please read the warranty-section.
Nick Cabana watches is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Within this period, Nick Cabana will at it’s sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.
Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, product or labor, provided that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs.
Please note that the warranty does not cover imperfections caused by lack of care, negligence, accidents, water damage and/or other incorrect use of product. Furthermore, this warranty does not include wear and alternation to the case, strap or bracelet or glass.
Water resistant 3 ATM: Protected in everyday life. Accidental splashes, showers, car washing, dishwashing, etc – it is resistant against perspiration, water vapour, rain drops. It is tested for water resistance up to 3 ATM, and must be able to survive 30 minutes under water at a depth of 1 m (3 feet) followed by 90 seconds under a pressure corresponding to 30 meters. Note that water leakage and/or damage caused by water will not be covered by the warranty.
If you wish to use your warranty you must contact Nick Cabana at email@example.com and attach your confirmation of purchase before filing the repair form. Return shipping is payed by the consumer. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for. Return against cash on delivery is not accepted.
Any attempt of fraud will be reported to the police and nickcabana.com reserves the right to cancel any purchase if such suspicion is raised.
