Nick Cabana offers free shipping world wide.

2. What is the shipping-cost?

Shipping is free. However, non-EU countries may be subject to certain VAT and customs duties.

3. What is the delivery time?

All our orders are handled manually and shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.
We use postal service and DHL, whichever is the fastest to your location.
Within Sweden delivery is 1-3 workdays. World wide 2-5 workdays.

4. What payment options are there?

You can choose to pay with credit or debit cards. Regarding payment with credit or debit cards, Teller manages all of our banking transactions and you can read more about their billing system on www.teller.com. Nick Cabana AB does not hold or handle any credit card numbers.

5. Payment by card

Pay with your Visa or MasterCard securely over the Internet. Your payment is handled by Teller with secure encryption and under strict banking standards. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and can not be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved.

6. Payment by invoice

If your order is within Sweden, to Norway, Finland, Denmark och Germany we offer invoice via Klarna AB. When choosing to pay via invoice you can buy today and pay later, or even split your payment over several months. Read more at www.klarna.com. Using Klarna a customary credit check without a courtesy copy is made.

7. Return & Exchange

Private consumers have the right to return products free of charge within 30 days from receiving the order, provided that the product and its packaging is undamaged and unused. Hence, this right is only applicable as long as the product is examined but not used. If this right is to be used the consumer must fill the return-form and send the watch to following address:

Return shipping is payed by the consumer. Items lost in transportation will not be compensated for.
The responsibility for errors in ordered products is limited to the terms now stated. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original purchasers credit card. If the purchase was made with Invoice the bill will be automatically canceled. 

Note that additional duties from a third part will not be refunded. Neither will shipping costs. For countries within the EU, VAT will be included in the refund. All exchanges are subject to availability.

8. Where do I enter my discount code?

Any discount code can be entered in the register. The amount of your discount will be registered as soon as you have entered the code and your discount should be visible straight away. Please note that only one discount code is viable per order.

9. Is my watch driven by a battery?

All Nick Cabana watches are battery-driven. Batteries can be found in most supermarkets but we recommend you visit a professional watch dealer to have the battery exchanged.

10. How long will the battery last?

Expected battery life is 2-4 years. If you have several watches that you switch between you can also ”pause” the watch by pulling the crown to time-setting mode. This will make the watch stop and save the battery.

11. My watch is running behind. What do I do?

If you have had the watch for some time and it’s running behind, chances are that the battery is running low and it is time for a battery change. If your watch is new either from a retailer or www.nickcabana.com then please read the warrenty-section.

12. Do I need to re-wind my watch?

No. Since all our watches are battery driven all you have to do is set the correct time and it will show it for 2-4 years.

15. What does water resistant 3ATM mean?

Protected in everyday life. Accidental splashes, showers, car washing, dishwashing, etc - it is resistant against perspiration, water vapour, rain drops. It is tested for water resistance up to 3 ATM, and must be able to survive 30 minutes under water at a depth of 1 m (3 feet) followed by 90 seconds under a pressure corresponding to 30 meters. Note that water leakage and/or damage caused by water will not be covered by guarantee.

16. Can I buy a watch with a different strap?

Changing the strap is a great way to give your watch a new personal look. We encourage mixing our watches with different straps but we currently do not offer personalised watches from www.nickcabana.com.

17. How do I know what size of strap I have got?

All our watches either has 18mm or 20mm straps. We recommend looking at the product page of your watch. Under ”DESCRIPTION” the width of your strap will be stated.

18. What if my watch is not functioning properly?

Nick Cabana watches is warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Within this period, Nick Cabana will at it’s sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.
Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts, product or labor, provided that the customer is responsible for any shipping costs.
Please note that the warranty does not cover imperfections caused by lack of care, negligence, accidents, water damage and/or other incorrect use of product. Furthermore, this warranty does not include wear and alternation to the case, strap or bracelet or glass.

19. How do I change the battery on my watch?

We recommend visiting a certified watch dealer to change your battery. Any tampering with product will void warranty.

20. What kind of glass is used in Nick Cabana watches?

Generally our watches has hardened mineral glass which is resistant against normal wear and tear. Some models come with sapphire glass which is more resistant against scratches.

21. What kind of movement is used in Nick Cabana watches?

Nick Cabana watches come with different movements of quartz. To find which movement a particular watch has please look at the specific product page.
